As part-timers, the PT you do (or don't do) with your unit on drill weekend, isn't going to make or break you. It won't be what keeps you in a state of physical readiness, capable of passing the ACFT, or meeting the height and weight standards.
Our goal with Operation Everyday Warrior, is to give you readily deployable tools & resources, to make the most of your time and energy between MUTAs. Here, you'll find everything form workout and nutrition plans, to packing lists, school preps, and other great resources to explore.
We're here to help you get and stay ready, since we're "always ready, always there."
This is for the part-time hitters. The everyday warriors. YOU.
